Energy, CO₂ and water of my daily AI use, live and over time. Claude Code and local models are measured; the web tools (Gemini, Notion, Wispr Flow) are rough estimates.
Why I do this is in the blog post. The values are order-of-magnitude estimates, not lab measurements.
