What it's about
The AI Competence Center is our answer to the most honest question in the Mittelstand: how do we turn AI hype into actual value creation – without overreaching? In the book „Gebt der KI ein Zuhause“ (published with BusinessVillage) we map the path: from honest assessment, through pilot projects, to building internal AI competence.
We develop it with three further co-authors, each owning a strand – strategy, execution, change. The book is the theory, the AICC companion programme the practical test.
