What it's about
HausWirtschaft is a co-operative living-and-working project in Vienna's Nordbahnviertel. What started as an idea in 2016 – creating affordable, attractive spaces for small businesses and independents – is today a lively community of small enterprises, associations, individuals and families. The guiding principle: what one cannot do alone, many can do together. Shared use of space and deliberate synergies create commercial areas that would simply be unaffordable for individuals.
Felix serves as a delegate to the strategy working group – sociocratically organised, decision-making by consent, with an eye on long-term viability. This page shows what DC stands for when it's not about making money.

HausWirtschaft is a commons-oriented co-operative with over 100 members – small enterprises, associations, individuals and families. Internally it works sociocratically: decisions emerge by consent, responsibility is carried by working groups. Felix serves as a delegate to the strategy working group on a voluntary basis – aligned with the vision that has driven this project from the start: bringing living and working meaningfully under one roof.
