What it's about
KITALE digitises everything childcare and schools used to handle by paper, email and Excel: meal orders, wallet billing, absence reporting, chat, calendar and document management. One platform, three perspectives – parents, educators and providers all work in the same system, each from their own view.
As co-founder and advisor I guide KITALE from strategy and product roadmap to go-to-market. Marc Baumgartner leads the platform technically as co-founder and CEO: multi-tenant architecture, GDPR-compliant setup, servers in Germany. Lena Heidrich brings in the pedagogical side: she builds the module that strengthens the daily work of educators in the group instead of just digitising administration. Up and running in 48 hours, PWA without app-store dependency.
