weforme
Calm support for ME/CFS.
A low-stimulus app for everyone caring for someone with ME/CFS, and for people affected themselves. Document together, without losing the overview.
What it's about
weforme is a low-stimulus care companion for relatives, carers and people with ME/CFS themselves. Care profile, emergency plan, crash documentation, diary, medication plan and pacing timer live in one place, and the whole care circle works from the same picture. Anyone joining gets an invitation link instead of an hour-long briefing. The app is available in seven languages.
weforme is built on the current ME/CFS literature: the D-A-CH consensus statement on diagnosis and treatment of ME/CFS (Wiener klinische Wochenschrift 2024), the practical guideline Care for ME/CFS (Medical University of Vienna and the Austrian ME/CFS Society 2024) and the nursing guideline for people with severe ME/CFS in home care (Wiener Medizinische Wochenschrift 2026).
Degeler Consulting runs the app as an initiative: without scientific or medical claims and explicitly not as a medical device. It documents and describes, it does not remind, warn or recommend.
Who it's built for
Relatives caring for someone with ME/CFS who share the documentation with others.
Care circles of family, friends and professional carers who need the same information.
People with ME/CFS who manage their own care and want their information in one place: sensitivities, triggers, emergency plan and history, without explaining it all over again.
Anyone who needs a print-friendly history for the next doctor's appointment instead of a pile of notes.
Why it works
One circle, one picture
One person cared for, several carers, one shared picture. New members join via invitation link and immediately see the emergency plan, triggers and routines.
Built low-stimulus
Dark interface, large type, no animations, no sounds. Everyone switches off in the settings whatever they don't need.
Limits on purpose
No reminders, no forecasts, no risk indicator. The analysis describes in hindsight what you logged. That is precisely why weforme is not a medical device.
Your data stays yours
Encrypted on a dedicated server in Germany, no tracking, no research upload, no sharing with third parties. Export as CSV and as a report, account and care circle deletable by you at any time.

You'll leave with an honest read you can actually use internally – whether we end up working together or respectfully part ways. No pitches. No pressure.
