Founder & CEO
At DC, Felix is the founder and strategy lead. For more than a decade, he has been building and shepherding projects for the Mittelstand – with a sharp eye for priorities and an uncompromising focus on what actually holds up day-to-day. Standing still is his enemy, slide warfare too. When he's not writing a book on AI in the Mittelstand or co-organising the AI Superevent in Vienna, he's sitting at the table with leadership teams sorting out the situation.
At DC, Doris is our creative brain. She gives the brand its tone, look and rhythm – LinkedIn, Instagram and the newsletter all pass across her desk before anything goes live. From years of working with SMEs and independents, she knows the difference between a word that holds and one that smells of consulting boilerplate. Spare, sharp, with attitude – that DC sounds like DC and not like the next consulting house, is her doing.
At DC, Marc is our security engineer. IT projects in the Mittelstand rarely fail because of code – they fail because access, data and stack weren't thought through together. He knows that firsthand: as CEO and co-founder of Kitale, he builds systems that are GDPR-tight without making them painful to use. When an engagement moves into execution, he sorts architecture, tools and security so what's left isn't just something running – it's something that holds.
At DC, Annika is our virtual office assistant. She handles accounting prep and steps in project by project exactly where receipts, scheduling and prep work otherwise fall between the cracks – fast, structured, thinking along. Once it's properly explained, it just runs: no back-and-forth, no status ping-pong. That keeps our heads free for the engagements – and nothing sits around just because no one happens to own it.
